PHYSICAL SURFACE RECORDS

Surface Records are one-of-one hand-painted physical works. Each record is individually created, signed, numbered, documented, and prepared for shipment.

Because each Surface Record is unique, all physical record sales are final once the order has been confirmed.

We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for buyer’s remorse, change of mind, accidental purchase, or preference changes after checkout.

DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery.

- Clear photos of the item
- A description of the issue

If the claim is approved, we may offer a replacement, repair solution, partial refund, or full refund depending on the situation.

DIGITAL SURFACE FRAGMENTS

Surface Fragments are digital files delivered after purchase.

Due to the nature of digital products, all digital sales are final once the file has been delivered or made available for download.

We do not offer refunds for digital products unless there is a technical issue that prevents access and we are unable to resolve it.

DOWNLOAD ACCESS ISSUES

If you cannot access your digital file, contact us at:

We will verify the order and assist with access.

ORDER CANCELLATIONS

Orders may only be canceled before fulfillment or digital delivery has begun.

Once a physical Surface Record has entered verification, packing, or shipment preparation, cancellation is no longer guaranteed.

Once a digital file has been delivered, cancellation is not available.

REFUND TIMING

If a refund is approved, it will be processed back to the original payment method.

Processing times depend on your bank, card issuer, or payment provider.

FINAL SALE NOTICE

All one-of-one Surface Records, limited drops, digital files, and archive-related artifacts are considered final sale unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.
