K40 : Surface Records offers physical and digital archive-based art objects, including but not limited to:

- One-of-one hand-painted Surface Records
- Digital Surface Fragments

Physical Surface Records are handmade. Minor variations, texture differences, surface marks, paint behavior, and archival irregularities are part of the nature of the work.

These are not mass-produced retail objects.

ONE-OF-ONE ITEMS

Surface Records are individually created and may not be reproduced in the same form.

Once a one-of-one item is sold, it may not be restocked.

Purchasing a Surface Record grants ownership of the physical object only.

It does not grant copyright, reproduction rights, commercial usage rights, licensing rights, or permission to resell images of the work as merchandise unless specifically stated in writing.

DIGITAL PRODUCTS

Digital Surface Fragments are delivered as downloadable files.

Purchasing a digital product grants personal access to the file.

You may not redistribute, resell, upload, reproduce, modify, repackage, or commercially exploit the digital file.

Digital products are for individual use only unless otherwise stated.

ORDER ACCEPTANCE

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion.

This may include suspected fraud, pricing errors, inventory errors, payment issues, or conduct that violates the integrity of the store.

If an order is canceled after payment, a refund will be issued where appropriate.

Physical orders are packaged and processed individually.
