Please allow time for handling, verification, and secure preparation before shipment.

PROCESSING TIMES

Physical records typically process within 3–7 business days.

Processing periods may increase during active releases or high-volume issuance windows.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING

Domestic orders include tracking confirmation once dispatched.

Delivery times vary depending on carrier conditions and destination region.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

International shipping is available for selected regions.

Buyers are responsible for customs fees, import duties, or regional taxes where applicable.

Delivery times may vary significantly outside the United States.

TRACKING

DAMAGED ITEMS

• photographs of packaging
• photographs of the record condition

Each case is reviewed individually.

REPLACEMENT LIMITATION

Due to the one-of-one nature of physical records, replacements cannot be guaranteed.

If replacement is impossible, alternate resolution options may be offered.
